From survey to completion

We agree the layout, access and timescale before starting. Your quotation sets out the work included, so you know what to expect through first fix, second fix and final testing.

How payment works

We ask for a 30% deposit to confirm your booking and secure your installation date. A further 40% is due once first fix is complete, and the remaining 30% is due once second fix, testing and certification are finished.

Our guarantee

All rewiring work carries a 1-year workmanship guarantee. As part of the job we inspect the condition of any existing terminations that aren’t being replaced, and we’ll agree any concerns with you before we proceed. The guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused after completion by another trade or by the customer.
